Elevator Room Escape
More games to play
Elevator Room Escape is a point-and-click puzzle game where the entire challenge fits inside one small elevator. The doors are locked, the panel hides secrets, and your only job is to figure out how to get them open. It plays free in the browser with no download, so you can pick it up at school or work whenever you have a few minutes to spare.
What is Elevator Room Escape?
This is a logic escape game built around a single confined space. You inspect every corner of the elevator, collect hidden items, and piece together codes that unlock the next step. There is no timer and no score, just a series of connected puzzles that each reveal something new when solved. Developer masasgames released it on mobile in December 2022 and brought it to browsers in January 2023.
How to interact with the elevator
Everything is done with the left mouse button. Click objects to inspect them, click collected items to pick them up, and click the right spots to use them.
| Action | Control |
|---|---|
| Inspect an object | Left click |
| Pick up an item | Left click the item |
| Use an item | Left click the target location |
| Look at collected items | Left click the inventory |
Puzzle structure and how clues connect
Each puzzle in the elevator feeds the next. A number scratched on the wall may only make sense after you find a torn piece of paper in the corner. Solving one lock tends to reveal a new object or a new area to inspect, so progress feels like pulling a thread rather than hitting random combinations.
| Puzzle type | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Code locks | Numbers hidden in the panel, walls, or items |
| Item combination | Two objects that work together when matched |
| Hidden compartments | Clickable spots that are not obviously buttons |
| Pattern clues | Symbols or sequences that encode a combination |
Tips for getting unstuck
- Click every surface at least once, including the ceiling corners and the floor seam.
- If a code is not working, re-read every clue you have found rather than guessing more combinations.
- Some items need to be combined before they become useful; check your inventory if nothing clicks.
- The difficulty is in noticing details, not in reflexes. Slow down and look again before moving on.
Playing on mobile
Elevator Room Escape is also available as a native app on both Google Play and the App Store. The tap controls map directly to the browser click controls, so the experience is the same either way. The browser version works on most phones too without installing anything.
